Home-Baked Salmon with Lemon Juice



Having salmon cravings but a small portion of baked salmon in diners isn't worth the high price? Try making it yourself  !!! If you enjoy the strong citrusy taste of lemon and ginger, you're gonna love this! Just sharing how I make my Home-baked Salmon with Lemon Juice!

• GET YOUR INGREDIENTS •

(main)
Fresh Salmon
Lemon 
Ginger
Garlic
Olive oil

(seasonings)
Salt
Black Pepper
Mixed Herbs

(greens)
Parsley leaves
Scallions


• INSTRUCTIONS 

(ingredients for juice)
3 x Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped.
2 spoonful of Finely Chopped/Julienned Ginger
1 Lemon Fruit, Squeeze for Lemon Juice

( the juice )
Pour some olive oil on your pot or pan.
Simmer all those ingredients together for a while till its aromatic!
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper

( prep salmon)
Defreeze and rinse your salmon fillet
Wrap your tray with Aluminium foil
Put some oil on the foil
Pour the "juice" evenly on the fillet
Place your fillet on the tray and season them.

(to bake)
Sprinkle the greens.
Add more veggies if you wish ( asparagus, broccoli, etc)
Set oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 mins 
(adjust accordingly for desired texture)
...

Serve with rice along with ranch!

TIP: Choose your fillet wisely, choose the fresh ones!
Don't leave out your raw salmon outside for too long! and consume immediately!
Salmon's pretty sensitive 😂
