Quick and Easy Baked Salad with Ranch




When your stomach is grumbling but all you have is vegetables?
Snap! A simple Salad! but make it look gourmet! ⭐
You can get creative or use your preferred veggies,
 I just love the smokey taste of baked veggies!

(1-2 pax)


 INGREDIENTS USED ٜ

(my mains)
2 Brastagi Potatoes
1½ cup Broccoli florets
1 Large Carrot
Olive oil

(seasonings)
Mixed Herbs/oregano
Parsley
Black Pepper
Salt

(dressing)
Hidden Valley Ranch
Bits of raw red onions


• INSTRUCTIONS 


(prep veggies)
Rinse and dry
Cut potatoes into small wedges
Cut broccoli and carrots as u wish

(season)
Place veggies in a bowl to mix and season.
add olive oil, black pepper, Mixed herbs/oregano,
 parsley and salt.

*you can do it respectively or you can mix all veggies in the bowl,
 personally, I prefer not to mix the leafy veggies with hard veggies,
 id mix the potatoes and carrots together while mixing broccoli on its own.

(bake)
Line your tray with aluminum foil
sprinkle olive oil

Place veggies on the tray, allow some space
 between each veggie.

Hard veggies take slightly longer to bake,
 I would suggest you bake them separately.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes or manually
 poke with fork for the desired texture.

Batch 1: potatoes and carrots
Batch 2: broccolis

serve with ranch, 
sprinkle some raw onions on top!!
